Two and a Half Studio is a New Zealand–based automation and software studio. We work with SMB founders and operators who want to remove manual work and build systems that actually scale.

Built by engineers with real production experience, we design and deliver systems that are reliable, maintainable, and tailored to how your business actually runs — not generic setups.

We take on a small number of projects at a time and work closely with each client to get it right. Everything is built in code, not drag-and-drop tools, and comes with full documentation and handover so your team can run it without us.

Ongoing support is available, but we build for independence first.
